P.E.O. is a philanthropic educational organization promoting educational opportunities for women.
The Minnesota State Chapter of the P.E.O. Sisterhood was organized in 1912. Since then it has grown to more than 150 chapters representing 6,500 members. These chapters have sponsored thousands of women for educational loans, grants, and scholarships totaling many millions of dollars.
